What would you guys recomend for HD tv tunner card, who makes the best cards ? Dvico ? hauplauge ? going to run it in windows 7 media center.

OTA or clear QAM? If you want encrypted QAM, such as premium cable channels, then you need a cablecard tuner, such as the Ceton or Hauppauge. For ClearQam or OTA, I like the Avermedia Duet. It worked well for me, others have had wake issues it. The HDhomerun's get high marks for ClearQAM, or the new cablecard tuners.
