What is the source of the 4K content that you will be playing back and what OS are you running?

Yes. I am also surprised that it's only me in the world (besides Intel developers and perhaps ArcSoft people [only ArcSoft Video Decoder from the latest TMT build works]) who confirmed this.

BTW Intel HD Graphics 2500 also can decode 4Kp60 (CPU usage of i5-3550 is only 5% at perfect smooth 4Kp60 playback), but GPU usage is very high (~90%) even when outputting video in 1:1 (so 3/4 is cropped in a 1080p display). It looks like post-processing taxes this weak GPU.

4K UHD 60p clip (shot with the latest JVC 4Kp60 camcorder).
