I just rebuilt my HTPC and I'm wondering what to do with the old internal parts? I'm not sure they'll be worth anything as most of the stuff is from 2007. So I was thinking of just Donating them to Goodwill. Everything still works fine. Thoughts?

List of parts:
C2D E6420 & intel cpu fan
Gigabyte P35-D3SR
Kingston Hyper X ddr2-800 4 x 1GB
Sony DVD- RW
4x 80 case fans

You could almost build a PC out of those parts and sell it on craigslist. Otherwise, you could sell most of those things on ebay if you have the time...

The Goodwill near me won't accept individual parts -- only working PCs -- unless you want them recycled. Put them in a cheap case and donate it to your local school.
