Hello all. I have been searching the net for some days now and cant find anything about what levels my tv expects.

It's a samsung PS51D8000, my pc is hooked up to it via HDMI 1.4 and the gfx card is an ATI hd 6450.

Hope you guys can help thanks smile.gif

The HDMI connection is digital for audio and video, and the levels on all inputs and outputs automagically match.

thanks alot.

I just watch my movies, and when compared to a movie trailer of the same film running in a tv commercial it looks way more vibrant. But guess my setup are equal to cinema colors.

Noticed a couple days ago that movies in cinemas also sometimes look flat.

Just curious how the text appears say when you're surfing this website on the plasma hooked up to your htpc. My old plasma always made the text blurry, but the pictures were always great, but haven't tried it with a recent plasma. Ofcourse have to bump up the font size if sitting back.

Do you have the settings the same on your tv for each input? You need to configure them independently.
