its work just that 2 pin, but i am afraid that the signal out would lower than .5v considering there might be resister on that circuit ,since there is +5v pin in this non optical out bracket, otherwise its just DAC fryer bracket with +5v coaxial out.

You jumped threads but only sfdif and gnd should be required no 5v needed.
If you want to play it safe just make your own with a rca socket with center pin connected to sfdif and outer connected to gnd and attach to a spare bracket plate.
