Searched here and Google and couldn't find an answer.

I had an extra reference AMD 6950 laying around, and tossed it into my server. I want to send the same video and audio to two displays - one plasma, one projector, both going through receivers.

I get video using both HDMI and the mini DP port (using a mini DP to HDMI adapter)

I only get sound from whichever I hook up first.
I cannot get sound out of both at the same time. I do get sound from the mini DP -> HDMI but only if it gets connected first.

Anyway to get sound from both outputs simultaneously?

What about using both mini DP ports -> HDMI as opposed to HDMI and mini DP?

Thanks -

WIndows dropped dual audio out support after XP. This comes up quite often don't think it's possible out of that GPU. Some people have reported getting it working using one output in Analog. That wouldn't really help you though.

I recommend something like this.

I have no experience with this product but it would probably be your easiest solution.
