Hi Guys.

So I have Windows running LAV Filters / MadVR outputting over DVI-HDMI to a Panasonic UT-50 and I'm having a lot of trouble getting the colorspace right. I think there must be some double-compression going on or something.

I'm trying to get the PC to output 0-255 to the Panasonic which is set to 0-255, but for some reason blacks look gray and the colors get all washed out when MadVR is set to 0-255 and the TV is set to 0-255. The best looking picture I've gotten is MadVR at 0-255 and TV at 16-235; which doesn't really make sense. The colors also look terrible (but not as bad as 0-255/0255) when MadVR is set to 16-235 and the TV is set to 16-235 (I think double compression is going on).

Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Is my card converting 0-255 to 16-235?

Thanks in advance.
