ISO won't work with Remote Potato. An ISO requires user input and has menu structure, etc. A transcoder can't stream that interface and you [ the streamer] can't send data back to the transcoder to interact with the menu.

Folder wouldn't work for this same reason. It would load a menu.

Blah. You use a mouse?? eek.gif

I have a hardwired network in my house, and can access any of my machines from any other machine with GB Ethernet speeds.

I use either my Sony tablet S or my laptop w/build-in IR blaster instead of a mouse/keyboard, which lets me fully control my HTPCs and A/V equipment.

Why, is it against the rules? biggrin.gif

No. Universal remote with only directional arrows and OK is just more streamlined and layman approved smile.gif

You're assuming that the Echo will be transcoding rather than just playing the files directly. Have they said that?
