I just noticed on eBay that there is a new model (at least I wasn't aware) of iPazzPort mini keyboard available

What's interesting to me is that this model uses 2 standard AAA batteries. Which, IMO, is better than rechargeable as the keyboard can out last the battery. At a reasonable price of $19 shipped which is cheaper than the original with laser pointer. Does anyone have experience with it?

How ironic. My bluetooth version just arrived today with built in battery. Still, it wasn't a huge outlay so if the battery dies, I'll just get another one. If you have fat fingers you'll need to be rather careful with it, is the only fault I see with it.

Other than using bluetooth, does it also take 2xAAA batteries? How was it?

The range is very good (at least 15 ft) and keyboard is fine. One nice thing not shown in photo is that there is a PgUp/PgDown button on the side so it is perfect for powerpoint presentation.

But the touchpad is just screwy. It is tiny and a touch to move can easily be mistaken as a tap. I hope they have a way to disable tapping. If the tapping can be disabled, it would be a lot more useable. Otherwise, it is a waste of money.
