Do not need video pins for video card. Just Sata power.

I will have 16 HDD's on flexraid. Z77 ATX board.

I am thinking 600 watt Seasonic type PSU with modular cables or at least 6 SATA power lines.

Anyone know a good deal ?

Can't keep up with all your threads, but same answer as I posted over in the "good motherboard for server thread"

Are you aiming for 6 sata power connectors to add the 1x4 connectors and end up with 24 sata power connectors?

You can split one of the 4-pin molex plugs into 2 sata power connectors and add a 1x4 sata connector off those as well if you're running out of dedicated sata connectors
