I ended up buying a Logitech Dinovo (usb) to pair with my HTPC, works great for scrolling around in XBMC and basic web surfing. It has many "short cut" keys on it for powering off a TV or AVR, volume/channel changing. I just dont know where to being to get this to turn off my tv or control its volume. My TVs(samsung 6150) and receivers(denon 3312) volume and power off are paired using anynet+. so if i can control one im set on both. Any ideas from the experts? Thanks in-advance

Unless there's a new version of the diNovo, yours and mine are Bluetooth. They shouldn't be able to control anything but your HTPC. you'd need Infrared for control of the AV devices. If you use yours to turn your TV on and off, I'd love to know how you do it.

The Dinovo I have is some sort of little USB adapter, like the majority of the wireless keyboards and mice use

Right. That plugs into your HTPC. How is that supposed to control your TV or receiver?

Wasn't sure if there was any anynet+ software I could install on my PC since they are all connected via hdmi

Is anynet+ a form of HDMI-CEC? I don't think any PC has HDMI-CEC support out of the box. FYI, it is possible to add HDMI-CEC to an HTPC using this, which is supported by the latest version of XBMC. Whether this can be used to control your TV and Receiver with your Dinovo mini I'm not entirely sure. Might be worth looking into.

If you decide to give it a try, please report back! I also have Dinovo mini, as do many others on this forum, and I would love to know if it can control my TV/receiver!
