Going with the G540 Sandy Bridge Build. Can't decide on a mobo.

ASRock H67M (B3) Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

or

Intel BOXDH67GDB3 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks.

The first one is $77.56 and the second is $90. I'm trying to stay close to budget.

Thanks for your suggestion. This is the build I'm trying to make. My budget is <350 because I have to buy a tv tuner (ceton quad) and OS (windows 7 64bit).

I want it to be a DVR in my living room and some what of a server for streaming my movie and media collection. I have a Home Office PC at home thats Intel G620 so I'm interchanging parts.

Celeron G1610 (Ivy Bridge, $50) is a better choice (in both CPU and GPU).
