I've been using WinTV v7 with the 1512. Wasn't elegant, but I got it all to work.
This week, for some unknown reason, nothing that was scheduled recorded. Couldn't find any issues. It just seemed as if the scheduler stopped working. Figured I'd tinker with it, but noticed an upgrade to v8. Installed that and set it up the same way I had v7. Lo and behold, I get audio but no video. Started with HDMI for video and TOSLINK for audio. Tried HDMI for video and audio. Still got audio. No video. Reinstalled the latest 1512 drivers. Audio, no video.
I know it's not the box nor the connections in that both Hauppauge Capture and Arcsoft Capture get video and audio just fine.
And WinTV v7 was working when I uninstalled it (scheduler notwithstanding).
Ticket opened. Thoughts?
