i am looking to buy a motheboard with a low wattage cpu for my 3d htpc.

i only need for to watch 3d iso on that pc.

it has to buy a intel cpu w/ mb.

anyone got any suggestion for me.

i got a gt520 video card that works good on 3d movies.

+1 on the 3220T. It is now less than a $10 bump over the price of the 3220. It runs amazingly cool and comes with the good fan/heat sink.

Didn't figure that this would warrant it's own thread...

I upgraded my e6600 to a i3-3220 and an AMD Opteron to an i5-3570k and my power bill dropped about $60 per month...

That's significant proof that these newer chips are much more efficient. Not to mention, this was a HUGE upgrade for the network in my home.

would i3 3225 be worth it over the 3220t if the price is the same?
