I didn't always have this issue and I'm not sure what changed to cause the problem. In WMC, my picture is bad. Lots of pixelation on all channels. It used to look great. I have WMP setup as the preview program and have no issues there. Why would I see a difference between the two programs?

WMC could be over scanning. Make sure to select "TV" and not "flat panel" in WMC display setup. Also be sure WMC is outputting the correct black levels. Mine defaulted to outputting 16-235 levels, so the AMD card was double dipping and washing out blacks. See this thread: http://www.hack7mc.com/2009/06/fixing-media-centers-poor-black-levels.html
