I recently put together a HTPC that I meant to watch Blu-ray discs on but I've noticed when I watch most titles (I've only seen one work correctly so far) the video is delayed to an extent that is truly painful to watch. The problem can be "remedied" by pausing and seeking forward or back every few minutes throughout the film but I find that solution to be rather tedious and I certainly feel it should be unnecessary. What can I do to solve this?

Win 8
3.4 GHz Quad core processor
SoundBlaster Z sound card
Nvidia GeForce 430 1GB video card
Samsung 50-Inch 1080p 120Hz LED HDTV
Power DVD Ultra 12
