One of the 4 inch tweeters on my mission M7C1 is no longer working properly.  You can hear the component rubbing against the coil when gentle pressure is applied on the dust cap.  The parts are hard to find and it would be in excess of 150$ to purchase a new tweeter. I love the sound of this speaker.
The specifications are below.
Seeking recommendations from this group:

1)     Pay the 150$ its worth it.
2)     The speaker has two 4 inch tweeters and I am thinking of purchasing a pair of different tweeters that I could install myself.  What kind and recommendations.
3)     I can get my hands on a Klipsch SC-1 for 100$, which I was told is of equal quality.

I think you're in the wrong forum. This is for discussions of Home Theater PCs. I believe there's a different forum that discusses speakers.
