As topic says.

Is there an easy way to let my server do this automatically so all of my movies and tv shows automatically gets renamed properly in correct folders?

For now I am using TheRenamer, EventGhost and SCRU, but it wont work for movies, only tv shows.

TV shows are renamed by Sickbeard. I don't remember the last time I even thought about TV show names since finding Sickbeard.

As posted above, MediaCenterMaster is also what I use for movies. Generally as long as the filename is something close it will correctly determine the filename automatically.

Sickbeard looks amazing for newsgrup users, but I am using torrents so I gues it`s not for me then.

All I need is a program that monitors a given folder and then rename the content in that folder and move it to the right folder.

I will take a look at MCM and see if thats what I need:-)

I use uTorrent with FileBot. Once you configure the script to extract/name/copy/move where you want, then it's pretty flawless. Works on TV, movies, and music. Here's the basics of setting it up in uTorrent: http://www.filebot.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=215

Search the forums there for pretty much every question you have because someone is bound to have asked it already.

TheRenamer works for movies, but it's in an counter-intuitive way. I was flummoxed by this as well, since it works differently for TV shows: You have to have each movie in a folder, and it uses the folder name to rename the folder and file within it. That's what I remember, at least.

MCM is the best all around renamed and media organizer for TV or movies

Sickbeard has limited torrent support. I haven't used it so I can't comment on how effective it is at keeping up to date, but it is there.

Sickbeard can do that too. It supports a black hole (watch folder) where your torrent client (or anything else for that matter) can just dump a file to and SickBeard will pick it up and process it. I do this with my setup and it works fine. It's not processed "real time" instantly as soon as the file gets there, but if you automate the process it's done soon enough. If you need it sooner, Sickbeard also has a manual process option to force it to run sooner.

If your shows are from WMC then you should look at WTV Metarenamer.
