Hauppauge WinTV DCR-2650 is dual tuner.

But for about $30 more, you can get a 3rd tuner with the HD HomeRun Prime. Both are made by Silicon Dust.

You can save some money if you buy used. I got a used 4 tuner Ceton for less than the cost of a new dual tuner Hauppauge.

Very vague request.

Internal, external, network attached?

You can go really cheap, and get two ATI DCT's, but you wil need to rent 2x CableCARDS for them.

On the other end of the spectrum is Ceton InfiniTV6, with 6 tuners and only need to rent 1x CableCARD.

6 TV's in the house on FiOS and we only pay $4.99/month to connect them all!!! Power to the CableCard and WMC7!!!

Homerun prime is the most flexible if using the tuner "outside WMC" matters at all to you. Network connected tuners make more sense to me, Ceton ETH-6 or Homerun Prime both stay connected to your router/switch and powered independently so your tuners aren't tied to any particular PC being powered on (also wouldn't matter if you are planning to use the W7 installation as a server).
