No, because it changes fast and I want to avoid mistakes. I prefer when people ask me directly about particular board.
There are Mini ITX motherboards with CPU on the left like ASUS Q87T so standard pipes are fine and with CPU on the right like ASRock, so you need short pipes HP110. You have to avoid motherboards with tall objects on the right, like ASUS P8Z77 for example because of conflict with pipes.

Should I use Streacom FC8 list and posted builds?
Yes, it should work.

How different FLM-8 from FC-8?
It is the same design.

Hi,

I'm new to HTPC's but have recently found your cases and love them. There aren't better looking cases for the price on all of the internet that I've been able to find. I have a question or two for you if you have time to answer:

1) Do I need a CPU fan with the FLM-8-B? Is the fanless only referring to case fan or does it eliminate the need for a cpu fan as well.
2) If I do need a CPU fan what is the maximum height I can use for the FLM-8-B?
3) I notice you mention the need for short-pipes if I am going to use an ASRock mobo. Is that option available on Amazon? Will I need it for this MoBo? ASRock FM2A88X-ITX+

I'm sure I'll come up with some more but I'm hoping this will get me a good start.

Thanks

More pictures

Sandblasted finish,
225 x 225 x 80mm
One slot ODD and two 2.5" HDDs
Any question?

Regards
I think this one looks much better than the one with the corners protruding.

No. No fans at all. Please look at pictures here

It depends on model but it is better to go to store directly.

Thanks for your quick reply. I actually tried sending you a PM but for some reason I have to have 15 posts before I can send PM's. The MoBo I'm looking at using is this one: ASRock FM2A88X-ITX+ will it require the short pipes? The CPU appears to be relatively centered.

No, no short pipes but there is a problem: Memory modules on the right, conflicting with pipes.
Which chassis do you consider?

I was considering the FLM-8-B. I'd prefer the mid-size case but it's a little out of my price range at the moment.

Hi Zygmunt, can you confirm if the Streacom FC8, FC9 and/or FC10 are compatible with the ASUS Q87T/CSM motherboard? I know you mention it above but I want to be 100% sure before I order. Thanks.

Streacom FC8 = PHT FLM-8 is compatible with ASUS Q87T/CSM motherboard because standard pipes are 147mm long. It is possible that you have to bend them ~2mm on radiator toward back. 2mm is not a problem.
I am not sure about FC9 but FC10 = PHT FLS-8 are supplied with 117mm long pipes, however you need 147mm long pipes for ASUS Q87T/CSM motherboard. (Offered as an option)
Call me to talk about details or e-mail me.

Best Regards

Hi guys.
Did any try Quad TV software from Cave Tec? I tried it and looks interesting.
You can watch four live and/or recorded programs at once. Good for sport fans. I use it to watch news and switch an audio to quadrant I see something interested in it.
I am interested in your opinion.

It is. Especially on big (120") screen. My PJ is only 1080p so I have four pictures 960x540, but it is good.
If I have UHD projector, I could have four 1920x1080 images on the screen.

Why Amazon? Direct is much better.
