You'll notice that I included a qualifier. This should have been started before the first kid came along.

Thanks!

Last night was better- I slept a little. I take the night shift because I don't wake early. My wife takes the early morning and her mom comes to help in the AM so I sleep in. It's rough, but worth it. Twins is double trouble! eek.gif

I remember waking up in the armchair with my son in my lap, my wife asleep on the couch nearby, looking at my watch and realizing my flight to Amsterdam left an hour ago...

Lol.

My kids seems to want to sleep all day and party all night. My peace is daytime actually.

You made me recall old time of 20 years ago. It's nightmare but full of happiness.
Congrats, buddy.

I am wondering if I should during the 5pm to 1am hours so they don't party so hard 2am-5am. For some reason they love to party hard 2am-5am, and that is basically the only time it sucks.

Lol. It's been easy and I have been home, in between feedings and what not I surf AVS on my ipad smile.gif Being home makes me post more actually - especially when they are sleeping. AVS is pretty cool in that I can pick up my phone or tablet or open my browser on my PC when I am bored, and I can easily close it and stop anytime I need as well. It's not like it takes me more than a few seconds to read or post something cool.gif I actually caught up to all my subscriptions today during baby nap time. They sleep about 16 hours out of 24 so it's not like it's a 24/7 job. You just need to make sure they are safe, fed, changed, happy 24/7. When they are fed, changed, happy, and sleeping you have free time biggrin.gif Plus I have a super mom for a wife. That helps a lot!

My posting has gone up because I am stuck at home bored out of my mind. When they are sleeping I have nothing to do. smile.gif My movie watching and TV watching has gone down a lot though, mostly because of the noise of the subwoofers and light will wake them up. I can't wait for my dedicated and sound proofed theater build biggrin.gif

You're way ahead of me, I'm not married yet. It sounds like you work from home too, which doesn't help the habit. I work from home and I'm on facebook every 30 minutes. Creativity needs breaks in concentration is my excuse.

Facebook isn't my thing but it is my wife's !!

I don't work from home actually I travel, and I have an office close by. I do surf AVS from office though so that's no help. smile.gif

I'm home to care for babies, paternity leave if you will. I've got more time to surf AVS at the moment in between diaper changes and feedings. My wife and I are taking turns.

I remember the dating conversations in your theater build. I'm ahead of you in the marriage and kids but you are still ahead of me on the theater build !

Believe it or not today is actually my two year wedding anniversary biggrin.gif

No worries that will stop within a few months or so the lack of sound of the internal organs, and tightly comfy feel of mom's tummy is difficult to get use to!

It's gets really fun at 6 months and beyond that, well at least for me! I couldn't sleep a wink me being a light sleeper, and a little on the anxious side. Any little cough, sneeze, stuffy nose sound would wake me!

Enjoy the little moments, you wont get them back.

Dan
