PDVD 14 vs TMT6 for 3D BD iso

I have both and prefer PDVD BUT I get black flashes or dropouts in my glasses playing some 3d BD isos with PDVD. This does not happen with TMT6. Any ideas? The black flashes happen at the same place every time but are non existent using TMT6.

Thanks and I hope this is the right forum for this post.

Are these files polluted with Cinavia?

I use TMT5 loaded through MB3 Classic on WMC and it works fine for me. What do you not like about TMT6?
