I'm looking for an audio card for an HTPC. I've got a Pioneer VSX D511 receiver that can accept either coax or fiber input. (SPDIF?) I want the receiver to do the 5.1 decoding. My computer has a 3.3v PCI bus. Can anyone reccommend an inexpensive audio card to use? I believe that the Chaintech card (which was my first choice) is 5v only.

I believe now defunct Vortex2 (Monster Sound, etc) cards which have drivers included with WinXP supports a 3.3V PCI bus. However, I believe the microsoft drivers don't support the digital output. You might have to go with a USB solution.
