Quick question for the guru's

I have a pci x16 ATI x1600 256MB card for my Home Theater Setup.
I have three display devices (tv,projector, monitor) the card has dvi out and vga out.

Right now the projector is on the dvi and the tv is on the vga in clone mode. This works great.

I would like the monitor to be setup in exended mode. What is the easiest way to get the monitor working?

I have a SLI board that has another PCIEx16 slot and two open PCIEx1 slots.

do i move the tv to dvi(hdmi input) and split the DVI port somehow and move the monitor to the vga

get another video card?
