I'm confused. Didn't HP just announce like a month ago that they were exiting the HTPC market, that they were only going to build them into their TVs?

That was their specialized HTPC, in the low, wide case.
This one is just parts integrated into an ordinary tower case, probably assembled by a different division of the company.
