I recorded the season premiere of Smallville from cable QAM and here are the stats using Mediainfo. Based on this, what x264 params should I use for a very-high quality video? (I'm using Handbrake.) I'm guessing that using a higher bit rate than what was sent over by my cable company would be a waste?
