I have been having problems with my Replay 2020. It's been connecting very slowly and never sets the clock. I've tries several phone numbers, and it;s the same on all. "Connection established" takes 8-9 minutes. "Setting Clock" and "Setting Timezone" take 2-3 minutes each. Then it fails with Network Error. I've tried a couple of dozen times, at different times of day.

I decided to try re-imaging the drive (an image with manual clock set). Then I discovered something strange, It would fail every time unless I leve the hard drive cover off.

Also, I've removed the clock capactior, which was leaky. The 2020 will do a net connect altef a power failure and that sets the clock right. Apparently, I don't need the manual clock set.
