"No Guide Information is Available" Using WiRNS on 5500
My 2 Replays have been on WiRNS/MCXML for many years.
I recently had to update the guide pull (M$ switched providers). I've had a handful of successful updates since the switch.
Last week after the latest update all guide data (including channels) is gone and we're left with the message "No Guide Information is Available." We're told to then check inputs.
I've confirmed WiRNS is up, the XML file appears to have data, and the Replay's input is set to the WiRNS source. WHen I force a net connect it sits for a LONG time on setting clock, eventually moves past that, then flies through the other stages and loads nothing.
Anyone seen this before?
In-Law's Replay is setup the same way and they are having the identical issue. Both houses worked fine at one time.
