I recently got the RTV 3030 from mercata and am enjoying it. The recent developments at Replay haven't bothered me one bit and i have never once thought of returning the unit.
Here's my question: When i do a 411 zones on my unit it says v2.0 build 49. I was thinking that since the 3.0 software had been released some time ago, the newer units would be shipping with it, but that does not seem to be the case. could someone tell me how to get the 3.0 software? Also, could someone tell me the difference between registration and service activation?

Thanks.

From live TV - Hit 243 and then the "Zones" button. It will bring up a menu that had a force net connection option. It may not work the first time, but keep trying.

You may want to read the FAQ also.

Yeah, what is the difference between registration and service activation? Does it have to do with Myreplaytv.com?
