You need a tuner for each show being recorded, and since the Replay only has one, it's not possible.

Nor does it use tape.

You can watch a recorded show while another show is recording--most of us here have multiple ReplayTVs to manage conflicts.

Yes, it is possible to tape 2 shows at once.
The IR blaster has adhesive tape on two different heads, so just put one on each of two different tuning devices.

As for recording two different shows to hard drive, no.
Replay can only record one show to disk at a time.

Not exactly true, as it can record a show while simultaneously be downloading a show via IVS.
