i want to make my own 50ft length cable to hook up my computer to my 2-channel amp in my woodshop. can anyone provide a wiring diagram for the mini-jack end?

You can also just buy an adapter very cheaply.

The (cheap) adapter only has one of the ground wires connected, leaving the other gnd wire on the RCA cable open. Is this a problem?
