should I shield my power cords I'm about to build . the cable I'm gonna use has no shielding & i was thinking of adding foil & braided copper to the out side & then some tex-flex make it look nice
Considering the miles of transmission lines leading to your house, and all the wires inside your house are not shielded.
Shielding the last three feet from the outlet to your receiver or TV is not going to make any difference.
