Hello,

I am looking for the basic calibration specs for my Mitsubishi WD-73C11 DLP 3D TV. I have looked online and on tweakmytv and cannot find any basic calibration to enhance my picture quality. I have a good picture now i just want to know if there is something better than what i have now without paying a tech to come out.

Thank you

Johnathon

I would take your question to the forum that is specific for your tv or very close to it. Keep in mind though that just using somebody else's settings doesn't calibrate your tv. At best it's an adjustment. Component variability from tv to tv, firmware differences, viewing environment, etc are all part of a calibration. Not to mention that calibration needs to be accomplished with the use of light meters and specialized software. Borrowed settings may make your tv look better or they may make it look worse.

Have you gone through the video adjustment process using one of the DVD/BD test discs like the Disney WOW or THX Optimizer? That's only a $20-ish investment...
