Fishing Cable - Edge of Ceiling/Wall is Concrete?

I am trying to fish rg6 down the back living room wall behind the couch for a 2nd subwoofer. I thought this would be easy as I have fished other cabling down interior walls and placed ceiling mounted speakers in the corners of the house with no problem. While in the attic crawl space, I noticed that there is about 4 inches of concrete along the edges of the house where the ceiling and wall meet. On the other side of the concrete is the outside soffit. I drilled a small hole in the ceiling drywall just in front of the concrete and it ended up in the living room. There are only 2 electrical outlets on this wall and nothing else, and I do not see power being fished down from the attic. I'm concerned about drilling through this concrete as I'm not sure how thick it is or if there are any other obstructions down the wall. Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I pay someone more qualified to fish this one?
