Power Conditioner Really Needed?

Hey Guys, I just purchased a home theater, I have a Panasonic P65ST60 (plasma) and a Denon X2000, Outlaw Sub Ex, Verizon Fios cable box, and ikea lamps that brings everything together. Right now I have a regular power strip. I live in Los Angeles, CA were we don't get tornadoes or power outages. Is it worth for me getting a power conditioner or just a good power strip?

If you're not experiencing any issues, a surge protecting power strip is fine.

Power conditioner is an undefined term. It means whatever the product's marketing brochure what's it to mean. But most people don't need one unless your wallet feels to heavy.
