hey fellas! newby here. need some advice. im warming up to this denon s920w avr they say it can handle a 4ohm load.

can i run two towers plus a bookshelf speakers? the towers are 8" jbl studios and the book shelf would be ther a 6 1/2" studio series. they all run at 8 ohms.

im just tring to blend in the surround sounds a little. i emailed denon. they tell me " not recommend" doesnt make sense to me.

any help would be appriated.

All on one channel of that amp? That's a 2.66 Ohm load in parallel.
