Wondering if anyone's heard of GLS Audio banana and RCA plugs?

I'd seen that Audioholics had made at least one of their DIY Speaker cables with these, so was tempted to try them.

Because of their bargain price, I bought about 20 pairs a couple of years ago. They work GREAT! Best banana connector I've ever used. Easy to install (solder-less), and they're of quality construction. After two years, they still show no signs of any of the finish flaking off (as has occurred with some of the cheaper bananas I've tried).

Great, thanks for the feedback - I went ahead and ordered some locking and standard GLS audio connectors from speakerrepair, to eval - we're looking for a good/cheap banana plug to use on client installs.

Also ordered some Ultralink connectors, which are available relatively cheaply at audioweb.com (OZ enterprises)

I have used them for biwire L/C/R at the speakers and at the receiver.
I agree, they're pretty good quality.
They would be a great choice for a DIY cable.
I'm not using the locking version but the standard banana.
I did swap left and right banana's with Ixos spades at the speaker end..
I noticed no change in the current room. Both provide a solid connection.
If you like banana plugs, these GLS's would be a good recommendation and alternative to the usual plastic cover or Monster variety.
