I am interested in building a rear screen projector screen for my school the next couple of weeks. What type of screen material would be best for use in a standard classroom? I will be using an analog panasonic lcd projector that has a rear-screen function, and plan to show Powerpoint presentations. Any suggestions will be appreciated. My budget is $200.00 and less.

Do you have enough space behind the screen to project the size image you need? Also is the space behind the screen totally light controled and black?

You need to consider both of these factors as wel as the screen material.

Originally I wanted to do a rear projection for my home theater but then I realized I needed 6 feet behind the screen and I did not have that much space.
