Entertainment Experience, LLC announces a new Beyond HD Digital Entertainment Solution
Entertainment Experience, LLC an entertainment company focused on providing unique digital media products and solutions to professional theatres, universities and commercial display markets announces that it will begin offering systems and motion picture content at better than HD quality to homeowners. The motion picture content will contain over 4000 major titles from various studio and distribution partners, including Video Giants, Inc. It will be delivered at bit rates far superior to conventional HD in the future-proof DCI color format defined by Hollywood for professional cinemas.
The Entertainment Experience Digital Entertainment Solution consists of a line of 3 chip DLP projectors, a Display Entertainment Center that stores, secures, manages and displays the Beyond HD content, and an Audio Video Signal Processor that allows customers to easily integrate other digital media standards such as Xbox games, Blu-ray, HDTV and PCs.
Jim Sullivan, ex-Kodak Digital Cinema executive and chief architect of Entertainment Experience's product portfolio, describes the offering as the highest quality All-In-One System on the market. Now you can enjoy all forms of entertainment media with the premium quality that discerning customers have been looking for. We think you will agree with all the movie producers and creative directors who have seen the system, that the images are truly as good as professional cinemas.
Alan Gouger, owner of AV Science and the new VP of Marketing for Entertainment Experience, said that homeowners including his customers have been waiting for this solution for years. Current HD just does not scale to large screen projection and when I saw the quality of this solution it gave me goose bumps, said Alan.
Entertainment Experience's 3-Chip DLP projectors boast up to 8000 Lumens and offer stunning quality with proprietary Cinema Color and Contrast and DCI Color support. The Display Entertainment Center manages the system, and supports 1080p and 720p and all major color and encoding standards including Mpeg2, Mpeg4, H.264, and VC1 at bit rates up to three times higher than conventional HD. It also provides automatic contrast control for differing levels of ambient light and full image and device security similar to DCI. For added flexibility, the Display Entertainment Center can play games, Blu-ray and DVD media, and switch among various HDMI input sources like Blu-ray, Xbox games, HDTV and PCs into the Entertainment Experience Audio/Video Signal Processor.
The Audio/Video Signal Processor supports 18 video inputs: six 1080p60-capable HDMI with HDCP, four SD/HD component, four S-video, and four composite, and two HDMI outputs at resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 and 60-Hertz. It offers 10-bit processing, adaptive de-interlacing for standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) video, edge enhancement without ringing, adaptive noise reduction and extensive color and grey level calibration.
To complete the Beyond HD solution, Entertainment Experience will bundle extensive movie content from various distribution partners, including Video Giants, Inc., with bit rates and color that are far superior to conventional HD. Entertainment Experience is in negotiations with AV Science & AVSForum.com for internet sales of the solution. All systems come with an industry-best 3 year warranty and a strong focus on customer service.
With Jim's 35 years at Kodak, these systems are guaranteed to bring the full creative viewing experience of a professional cinema to your home.
