Off by a bit, but it's 1486.40. it's a complete kit.

Monoprice does have a 4x2 Matrix, with a local HDMI out, and a single HDBaseT extender kit, PID 10226 for a little more than $300.

Not bad. Glad to see the category being covered by a reputable company! I'll look forward to the reviews. The 4x2 would work for me if it were really a 2x4, but as a 4x2 with one of those two being local only, I ruled it out.
