Algolith To Present The Dragonfly HQV At Home Entertainment 2005.
Montreal, Quebec, Canada, April 28th 2005, Algolith, inventor and manufacturer of the award winning Mosquito, is pleased to feature at HE 2005, its Dragonfly with HQV, the first Video Scaler, using Silicon Optixâ€™s innovative Realta video processing IC. The anxiously awaited production Dragonfly with HQV unit will be on display at HE2005 in New York City, from the 28th of April to the 1st of May.
The Dragonfly with HQV, features Algolithâ€™s innovative design, HDMI in and out, and the ability to de-interlace and scale SD/HD images, including 1080i. The Dragonfly will up or down scale, de-interlace and cadence correct any signal from 480i to 1080p using Silicon Optixâ€™s exceptional Realta platform with Hollywood Quality Videoâ„¢ (HQV) technology.
