Equipment in the pics:
Hitachi 51F59A
Marantz SR7200
MartinLogan ElectroMotion ESL
MartinLogan Source
MartinLogan Encore TF
DIYMA R12's in a 3cu ft test box ported to 30hz off a hidden 800 watt amp. I need to get the box redone to be more HT friendly.
XBMC HTPC (Zacate, 4GB RAM, and 13TB storage)
Toshiba HD-A3
JVC VCR
Xbox 360
Playstation 3
Wii
Logitech Harmony 700 (not pictured)

Stuff on the A/V rack:
Lord of the Rings Platinum Series Special Extended Edition Collector's Gift Set Argonath, Gollum, and Minas Tirith sculptures
Domo
LittleBigPlanet 2 Collectors Edition bookends and Sackboy.
Killzone 3 Helghast Edition helmet and sniper figure
God of War 3 Ultimate Edition Pandora's box
Grand Theft Auto 4 Limited Edition lock box

Next up are some acoustic panels/foam.

Plans in the long term: Cleaning up some of the wires a little more, switching the ML Encore TF to one of ML ElectroStat center channel speakers (Matinee, Motif, or Stage etc), maybe getting a newer receiver with HDMI switching and room correction/EQ software, and adding some art print reproductions on the walls (I'm thinking some Pieter Bruegel the Elder stuff will be quite nice).

Update (5/5/2012):

Added:
Mitsubishi WD-73640
IKEA Lack TV Unit
32 sq ft of Auralex DST-114

Next up, cable management and new center channel.

Sweet HT you have there. My buddy has that same TV - great PQ on that bad boy! That ML setup looks wicked.

I wouldn't exactly call a TV made in 2007 old school but CRT tech sure is but I still like it. I like how you hid your wires in your system. I wish I could hide mine stealth like that.

I should really get it ISF calibrated. One of these days hehe. Thanks, your setup looks very nice too. I wondered about those ED/Swan speakers, they sure are beautiful to look at. I just love that veneer and wish my ML's had something like that. I looked at them when I was shopping around back in Feb. but all I could see is my 4 year old knocking them off some speaker stands. :/ I dig that HTPC case too.

Funny you say that because he almost has his done too. I drool over those rich colors and black levels every time I see it.

The w6's sound good but I'd trade with you in a heartbeat! I'm in a similar situation but with dogs. Let's just say I didn't want to give him a target.

The wiring is on my "to do" list (I can sense a Monoprice order soon...). The wiring was much worse. LOL

I moved my stuff over to be more symmetrical with the room. Before it was slightly over to the right. I also added some Auralex DST-114 foam tiles. I picked up 32 1'x1' 2" foam tiles for $60. I'm only using 12 right now. The foam tiles seemed to tame some of the high end harshness (mostly only noticeable in metal). Here's some quick pics I got with my phone. Now I need to make an order to Monoprice to get some longer cables so I can hide the wires. I moved everything but the A/V rack and now more wires are visible. ugh I hate cable management...

I am thinking about adding 3 more to each side (4x4 instead of 2x3) to make them wider.

Picked a factory refreshed Motif from Audio Advisor.

900x900px-LL-8b9f5f09_20140214_194345.jpeg

Tested out some 5.1 music (Opeth - Blackwater Park, Anathema - We're Here Because We're Here, and Within Temptation - Black Symphony BluRay) which I felt was kinda meh since the Encore TF stuck out like a sore thumb with that sort of stuff. I can say the Motif completely fixed that, I can't really tell where the EM ESL's end and the Motif picks up and vice versa. Very happy. biggrin.gif

Upgraded my HTPC not too long ago to a AMD A8-6500 and color calibrated the Mits DLP with ArgyllCMS + madVR.

Almost finished with my setup... need to get a new sub box and a new pre/pro, thinking of an Emotiva UMC-200 since it's cheap and has a nice PEQ to use with REW. I'm debating bass traps but man that would be a tight fit behind my AV rack.
