My setup is stoneage old school:

Front speakers: JBL L-7 in 2 amp bi-wire per speaker
Center: JBL CL-505
Rear surrounds: JBL L-5
Sub: JBL PSW1200
Receiver Integra DTR6.3 used as preamp/processor
Amp: Outlaw 7200 plugged in with sub on its own 20 amp circuit.
DVD: Pioneer DV563A SACD & DVD Audio
CD: Onkyo DX-C390
TV: Old Magnavox MX60 rear projection

4 channels of the Outlaw power the L7's. The best signal the T.V. accepts is S-Video. Until the T.V. dies, it will stay in the stoneage! The sound is awesome though. The speakers will stay until they fall apart! System is used more for music than movies. Room is 12X20 in basement but can shake the floor and objects off shelves in any room in the house. I like it!

Also, come on man, just replace the tv already. Don't wait for it to die, be proactive!

Kidding of course, you have your reasons. Can't wait to see the pics.
