Never really did a build thread as I was too busy just trying to get the room built. I did start a thread on my screen masking here at one time http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showt...t=mopar_mudder

After I started looking back through the pictures I took I don't even have any good pictures of the masking system when I got it done, was just happy to get it working I guess

Ceiling came out really nice. Are you still dealing with the fibers having a blueish tint? if so It is most likely a bright white set of LED's in the illuminator. Bright white has a blue tint to them. I have used a mix of bright white and warm white that gives a really cool effect. just my .02 of course

No I found it got much better when I finally was able to take the plastic cover off from it when I got the theater done. I had always been looking at them through a sheet of plastic before that. They do still look blue when you take a picture but to my eye they look pretty white now.

I believe that is what I used. I got it from the store and didn't notice what it actually was but it was stretch velvet. Worked very well and stretched very very far.

Is there any other "how to" star ceilings threads?
