Your chairs are domestic, and as I explained before the Berkline procedure is to try locally repair/fix any problems you may have locally. If it is not possible, then they will issues an RA, and I would order you a replacement.
With imported chairs that we stock, it is quite different. If something is damaged, incorrect, malfunctioning unless it is a power recline, it needs to be replaced because the Berkline does not have parts here in US. That is why the process sometimes is much faster. But there also cases when the replacement may take up to 3-4 months. For example if we do not have any more chairs in stock, we need to get it with the next container, and it takes a while...
I am sorry that it takes longer than expected to resolve all the issues with your chairs, but we will resolve them.
