They have more than one seat on ebay that matches the seats from this website..http://www.interiorexpress.com/home-...-row-of-3.html

I really like the broadway collection. I was looking at these seats on ebay as well but I lost interested when I noticed that shipping was around 300 bucks per chair!

I bought the academy chairs from the same seller 2 years ago and can say they are very nice quality for the price. Shipping was handled well. The chairs look great and are very comfortable. My only regret is that I didn't splurge and get electric recline (wasn't available...still isn't from what I see), because these have a tendency to want to spring upright when I am in between fully reclined and just legs out reclined.

I am actually in the process of adding an electric motor to them to make it push button recline, but other than that, for the money they are great. I have pictures of them in my HT if anyone is interested.

I could not find any linear actuators that were cost effective, so I did a proof of concept with some threaded rod, a matching coupler, and a drill motor. Worked great. Think garage door opener. I need to add a dpdt toggle switch for motor direction, and a couple of pressure switches for the limits of movement and I think it will work great. Cost wise it should be under $40 per chair, which is far less than I was able to find any suitable actuators for.

what is the travel distance required.

I'm looking into purchasing chairs like you have (as it looks like the only one I can afford) and adding later on power recline...

I dont recall. I'll have to measure when i get a chance, but the theater is out of commision due to some flooding during remodeling so it may be a few weeks until the chairs are within easy access again.
