Where is the control located for the center to recline?

Maybe coupled with a row of three matching escape chairs on a riser behind. Some actual user feedback would be fantastic.
My guess is that the center seat doesn't recline.

That's not necessarily a deal breaker for me, but something I'd sure like to know. Thanks, I'll look into this some more.

Sorry guys - was a busy day...

The middle seat on the sofa is stationary. There are two reasons why it cannot recline:

1. All the controls on Escape-1019 chairs are on the cup holder, and middle seat does not have any arms, hence no cup holders. Controlling this seat would be problematic.
2. The back on the middle seat is folding allowing for the seat to be converted into a console with the tray, 2 cup holders, power station with 2 outlets and 2 USB ports, and 2 flexible detachable lights.

Also because the middle seat is stationary, there is plenty of real estate under for placing a wireless BK amplifier and a bootlicker plate for BK install. This allows for the sofa to be fully integrated with the wireless bootlicker system. The bracket for the wireless amp and the BK plate is factory preinstalled.

I think this is a pretty cool unit. I like the idea of using it as a sofa when needed. Right now its at or near the top of my list, coupled with a row of three matching chairs behind on a riser.

Yes it is, and it has functionality of all our Escape chairs plus more.

Just for those who is interested - we have limited number of those...

See that's exactly what I want to know from someone who is using one day to day: Is it actually comfy to lie across as a sofa. The bucket style seats seem to say 'no' to me but I'd like to hear from actual owners their thoughts...

Roman,

I bought the 4 Fusions a year or so ago and have a minor issue on one. Where the tray tables connect to, the metal cover that appears to be spring loaded is not coming back up. We tried to push down a little bit to see if we could get it to spring back up but it's not budging. Do you have any idea how we can fix this?

I would disassemble the spindle to see why the pin is not moving. For that you would need to reach from the bottom of the chair arm and loosen the nut that holds the spindle in place. Unscrew the spindle cup and take the pin and the spring out. See if something got inside and prevents the pin from moving up.

See attached pictures that may make it clear how the spindle is assembled.

Roman,

I'm guessing this material needs to be pulled off in order to gain access to the bolt underneath? Or is there another way I'm not seeing?

Yes, it does, unless you want to remove the cup holder, but I would recommend just removing some staples to get access to the inside of the arm.

I have tributes in my back row. I think it's a good idea to test all the chairs you are considering as tastes are very different person to person. I'm up close to 242 and I45.

Maybe the question was asked before but couldn't find it.
Can I disable the cooling feature or button on the Escape? The fan is a little loud for me.

Great communication from Roman! My wife was impressed with the reviews on here. Sadly, at over 4K for three seats in Canadian dollars, its out of our price range.

We are now enjoying our brand new Home Cinema Room courtesy of Roman Shenkerman

My wife and I would like to say a very big THANK YOU to Roman. We very highly & especially recommend him (Ultimate Home Entertainment) to anyone seeking to purchase cinema room seats. We bought 10 fusion series seats from him in December 2015 and he shipped them from the US to Canada.....He executed our transaction and shipment with the highest level of professionalism, time efficiency, customer consideration, and flexibility. They were delivered in good condition and are very high quality products.

Cup Holder lights

I've noticed several of the lights are out on my cup holders, is there an easy fix for that?

The only way to fix it is to replace the cup holder.

Kola,

A few people asked someone who has Evolution sofa share their experience and possibly provide a feedback.

You have one, so it would be great if you can share your thoughts about it.

Some pictures would be great too...

Hi, Roman. I just found these Evolution seats. Was looking at your regular Fusion Escapes for a couple years but can't fit a set of three in my room. These Evo's are the right ticket for my room.

Do you still have them in stock? If so, do you have brown leather available?
