Im ordering ingredients from amazon to make theater popcorn so far i have in my cart

Paragon coconut oil & Corn
Flavacol Gourmet Popcorn Flavoring
Wabash Stovetop Popper

I notice there is flavacol flavoring or seasoning(salt) do you use both or just the flavoring?

Anyone try this recipe? Is it like the theater popcorn and also Whats the procedure to make it?

I just use the seasoning one as salt. Try getting the stir crazy maker. Worth it

No subwoofer I've heard has been able to produce the bass I've experienced in the Corps!

The flavacol is a salt seasoning. Use flavacol with the coconut oil in the kettle. Your popcorn will be sufficiently salty.

That recipe is great! I have a 4oz popper and i use 2tblsp coconut oil, 1/2 cup corn, and 1/2tsp flavacol.

if you are getting the whirleypop(wabash stovetop machine) id get it directly from them at popcornpopper.com there's a few gift sets that come with premeasured portion packs specifically designed for the machine, i got mine form BBB and really wish i got it from there as i spent ~40 on portion packs, seasonings and salt(oil will be with my next order as im fine using peanut oil).

as for the recipe with that machine i usually sue 8TBSP if seeds 1ts of flavacol and 1.5ts of the movie theater seasoning(from that site) with about 2.5TBSP of peanut oil(they sell coconut oil too, but peanut oil is less messy and tastes almost the same IMO)

You can't find coconut oil in Hawaii? Do you have Walmart? At least in the 48 Walmart stocks LuAna Coconut oil.

Wow I can't believe you use just 1/2 tsp flavocol. Probably a lot better for your health...I load that stuff on.

Well that's what the box said to use. I used to eat a lot of salt but i've been keeping better track of my health. It's really surprising how little salt we are supposed to eat. And if you gradually start using less salt it is easier to wean yourself off of it.

Take a look on Google for Concession Supplies. There are several in HI depending on which island you are on.
