hey guys im looking at getting some LED Lighting strips around for some subtle floor lighting in the dark. Kind of like they have in the isle at the cinema,

i know where to get some LED strips from. But....(haha) .. Im wondering if anyone knows of a way to remotely control them at all, or any lights for that matter. It would be cool to control them from an ipad or phone. and perhaps hook up to a computer if needed?

Most LED lights can be controlled via a standard incandescent dimmer. You might want to look at the Lutron Maestro IR remote control dimmer. If all you want to do is turn them on/off via a remote control look at the WOODS remote on/off switch. With this all you do is plug your lights into it and then plug the WOODS into a regular plug and control it via its remote.
