I ordered 8 seats Rowone Encore.
Because I'm from Belgium, I wasn't able to try them, so I bought them with some hope that the seating would be good.
They were delivered today, so I immediately tried them and the seating is just GREAT !

I just have one question.
For the power outlet there is this plug :

What is this kind of plug ? I don't know this plug in Belgium and how can I connect this to a european power
supply so I can try the recline function. I couldn't try that yet.
Is there some adapter available for it ?

That is the connector that plugs into the AC Adaptor power supply. Then the other side of the AC Adaptor will have the plug that goes into the wall! Do not try to plug that into the wall!

P.S. Glad you like the chairs!

I found the AC Adaptor.
So now that plug makes perfectly sense.
Thank you very much Ken for all your great support.
I really love the chairs and it was great doing business with you.
